1. Standing left is Paliani Chinguwo based in Gaborone , he was the Master of Ceremony for the event.
2. Right behind him is Frank Jiya (based in Blantyre), the surviving combatant on the ‘rebel’ side during the October 1967 Mwanza War. He also closely worked with Dr Attati Mpakati in LESOMA from 1974-1983.
3. Next is Undule Mwakasungula a renowned civil society activist who was a LESOMA youth/student member in the 1980s.
4. Standing far right is Lifa Sanudi who was a personal body-guard to Dr Attati Mpakati until his death. He had travelled from Lilongwe with Undule Mwakasungula to attend the event. He explained how come he was not right there as a bodyguard when Dr Attati Mpakati was being abducted from the hotel to be killed
